Where can I receive my order +

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) or picked up from our Office.
( 3, Emina Crescent, Off Toyin Street, Ikeja, LAGOS)

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country +

Yes, international shipping varies, once we receive the order, we will send an email with the cost implication for your delivery country

How long will my order take to arrive +

Standard deliveries within Lagos take no more than 3 to 7 working days
Outside Lagos delivery takes 5 to 10 working days.

How much do I pay for delivery service +

Office PickUp – FREE.
Standard delivery- Lagos: This will be determined by our partnered delivery company.
Outside Lagos : We will contact you upon placing the order

You will be contacted once you place an order. Failure to reach you after 3 attempts to deliver your package, it will be returned to our office at Ikeja, Lagos.

Outside Nigeria and International Countries

Customers who place orders that come in from outside the country are contacted and verified. We then ship the ordered items based on availability of the items and the availability to ship the items ordered.

What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep. The delivery company will call you when at your location.

If you have chosen a delivery option,this means you are in an agreement with our partnered delivery company that the delivery service charge would be paid for by you.

What is the Office Pick Up process +

If you have chosen to pick up from our office, we will call you when your order is available (you will have 2 working days after the phone call to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the Identification Document of the person who collects the parcel.
